In this article, Pete Moore makes the case for a decentralized nationalized US defense industry as a means to democratize foreign policy. A decentralized nationalization of the industry can appropriate its existing decentralized administrative and institutional structure, reorienting it toward a publicly operated sector organized along regional lines and different areas of specialization.
