Fernando Brancoli

Fernando Brancoli is an Associate Professor specializing in International Relations at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with appointments at the Institute of International Relations and Defense (IRID-UFRJ) and the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business. He is also a recurring lecturer in the MBA in International Relations program at the Getulio Vargas Foundation, teaching across its campuses in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Brasília.

Additionally, Brancoli serves as a Senior Researcher for the Security in Context Project, was a Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies (SPSS) in Princeton, US (2021–2023), and is an Associated Researcher at the Orfalea Center for Global Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, US.
